First time buyers make their first base HQ

Having decided the time was right to move in together, first time buyers Rebecca Causey (18) and partner Liam Wynn Stanley (22) wanted to make an investment for the future and take their first steps onto the property ladder; steps that at first seemed overwhelming until they discovered HQ in the heart of the up and coming town of St Helens.

Initially, the young couple thought they would try their hand at buying and renovating a run-down terraced house on the outskirts of town – they not only wanted to increase the value of their property, but also make their first home their own. Taking into consideration the cost and effort involved in buying and revamping a second hand home, the sale became more hassle than it was worth and the couple began to think twice about their investment, turning their attention to the newly built HQ where they found everything they wanted.

Rebecca commented: “Liam and I were going to take on the challenge of renovating an old house, assuming this may save us some money. Then we found HQ and realised it was everything we wanted our new home to be, without all the hard work. The interior design of our new two-bedroom apartment is gorgeous; it’s everything I would have chosen myself. It’s very and chic and glam, I love it.”

To ease the buying experience Countryside Properties is offering buyers a supportive £500 towards mortgage payments for the first six months, adding an extra £500 towards legal fees as well as £250 towards survey fees. Life in your new apartment couldn’t get off to a better start.

Liam added: “The sale of our new home has been so easy. Countryside Properties held our hands throughout the buying process, knowing that we were new to it and that it was a daunting experience for us. Buying an old property to renovate began to seem very stressful and surprisingly expensive. Now we’ve cut out all the hassle so we can enjoy this exciting experience. We can’t wait to move into our new place.”

Situated only 500 yards from St Helens Central Station, the location is perfect for Rebecca and Liam who both work in Manchester, making the young vibrant city centre lifestyle easily accessible. Rebecca added: “You don’t need to live in the city to have the cosmopolitan life style and when we do want to venture out of town, Liverpool and Manchester are only a train journey away – it’s perfect! Liam and I know we have made the right choice and we’ve made a sound investment.”

With a top quality build and an urban style interior the affordable yet stylish apartments available at HQ reflect the cosmopolitan buzz of the up and coming area of St Helens that has benefit from an exciting regeneration boom.
